Project Management Processes - Outline

Lectures on "Project Management Processes for a Project" (Chapter 03 of the PMBOK® Guide Fifth Edition) will present an overview of the standard for project management for a project. All the 47 project management processes constituting the standard will be introduced and mapped to their respective project management process groups ( initiating process group, planning process group, executing process group, monitoring and controlling process group, and closing process group) as well as project management knowledge areas (project integration management, project scope management, project time management, project cost management, project quality management, project communications management, project human resource management, project risk management, project procurement management and project stakeholder management). Special attention would be given to the flow and relationships of the processes and the process groups.
