The course focuses on basics of project management, to set the context right and inline with international standards, and gradually develops implementation capabilities of participants in local, national and international projects using the software application. The course is designed to teach use of Oracle® Primavera P6 in line with international standards associated with project management developed by Project Management Institute (PMI®), USA.

Furthermore, Oracle® Primavera P6 covers up to 70 contents of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) which makes a best choice for the market trend setters and a best available tool for Management and engineering professionals.
We are in the process to publish this detailed
form of Oracle® Primavera P6 guide with PMI®, for the sake of better understanding and practical
implementation, a copy of tests from the guide will be given to participants in
the class as assessment tests.

Approach or Philosophy
The course is designed in alignment with global standards of Project Management Institute (PMI): A Guide to Project Management Body of Knowledge (the PMBOK Guide® - 5th Edition) and Practice Standard for Work Breakdown Structure – 2nd Edition.
The major problem we face while trying to learn Oracle® Primavera P6 is
unavailability of a detailed guide. We have produced most detailed guide of Oracle® Primavera P6 with case scenarios based on practical implementation of some national and international projects
inside the project environment (including SMEDA, KARCON, DESCON etc). These
projects covers both engineering and management projects.
Depending on the learning capacity and specialization of the participants, a
project will be selected and every phase will be implemented practically inside
the software.

Though the course is designed for wide levels of Oracle® Primavera P6 experience, however prospective students should have a basic understanding of project management and good computer skills.To achieve the learning objectives and get maximum benefit from the course, the participants would be required to practice beyond formal classroom instruction and practice.
