Center for Social Innovations has announced admissions in fourth batch of Weekend Certificate Program at Institute of Management Studies, University of Peshawar.
Introduction
University of Peshawar made an initiative of Human and Institutional Capacity Building by offering training or certificate programme to cater to the needs of professionals of public, social and private sectors. The training program is designed to maintain an interactive and participative pedagogical methodology involving extensive use of case study method and ICT under the supervision of experienced experts and qualified academicians.
Essence of this training programme is to provide the professionals with an opportunity of capacity building. Keeping in view the busy schedule of the professionals, the duration of the program was mutually decided to be of three months (thirteen weeks) and the classes will be offered on Saturday and Sunday.
Fields of Specialization Offered
[tab]Students having a Master degree in Management and Social Sciences or Bachelors with relevant experience are eligible to apply. Students should have at least 3.0 CGPA or equivalent from a University or Degree Awarding Body recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). Other issues are covered by the admission rules of the University of Peshawar as prescribed.[/tab]

Each student will be charged a training fee and material cost described & categorized as below:
a. Training Fee
Number of Seats
The number of seats in each certificate course is 30, per session, per group. Seats will be allotted on merit basis. Institutional Nominations will be preferred over other cases and will not be considered under the merit clause. Three additional seats are reserved for University of Peshawar employees per certificate course. Extra seats may be allocated for the University of Peshawar students and staff at the recommendation of Coordinator Trainings of the program.[/tab]
