Project Integration Management - Outline

Lectures on "Project Integration Management" (Chapter 04 of the PMBOK® Guide Fourth Edition) will present  an overview of the project integration management knowledge area and detailed discussion on the constituent project management processes that integrate the various elements of project management, which are identified, defined, combined, unified and coordinated within the Project Management Process Groups. Project Integration Management is the primary role of a project manager. Practical exercises relating to the first two project management processes (Develop Project Charter and Develop Project Management Plan) of project integration management knowledge area will be incorporated so as to give hands-on experience to the participants.
